I am even having hell just trying to get technical support. I have not had this problem with any other ULEAD product but I can tell you I will continue trying to get my stolen money back from ULEAD and will never buy or recommend another program from them. I deleted the programs and tried another link but got the same problems then I deleted them again and downloaded the trial but still the same problem. I also PAID for the back up CD ( ha ha ha) but it does the exact same things. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again.With the installation of pocket slideshow it is looking for a file pft58.temp and also requesting that the next disc be inserted. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. 2180> and another message I get when trying again - The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. i have purchased and PAID ulead for these defective programs. Like Argiriosk I have not had the chance to use the activation codes that i have PAID for and I notice that conveniently there has been no responce to your problem.
